Quitting smoking during your pregnancy can
- Reduce your baby’s risk of dying from SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome)
- Increase the likelihood that your baby will be born a health weight and on time
- Reduce your risk of miscarriage
- Increase the oxygen your baby receives
Here's how it works
It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3!
Attend 4 prenatal sessions during which time you will receive help with quitting smoking and staying quit, as well as a breath test to confirm you are smoke-free. It is understood that you may not be smoke-free on your first visit. We are here to help!
Attend monthly postpartum visits for the first year of your baby’s life, continuing breath tests to confirm you’re still smoke-free and receive a voucher for FREE DIAPERS at each visit
A smoker who lives with you may also enroll and receive vouchers for up to 12 months
