Would you like to learn more about how to eat well to live well on a budget? Would you like to learn how to help a friend or family member prevent or manage chronic conditions through improved lifestyle? If so, Purdue Extension has a great program for you!
Purdue Extension in Parke County will be offering the Food Rx program beginning on August 22, 2022 at 5 pm and will meet for 12 weeks.
Each week we will discover new affordable ways to eat healthy and cook healthy. We will sample and receive new recipes. Every session offers a cooking demonstration for participants to learn new cooking methods. Attendees will receive fresh produce every week to practice the new recipes & cooking skills at home!
This is an exciting opportunity to learn more about improving your health and encouraging others, as well.
