School-Based Services

Valley Professionals offers school-based primary care and behavioral health services making it even easier to access quality and affordable health care. Every student is eligible to receive health care services when they turn in their completed enrollment form signed by a parent or guardian.

Where is the School Based Health Center?

Behavioral Health

Behavioral health school-based services are for a student whose behavioral and/or emotional challenges compromise his or her ability to attend to learning activities.

To schedule an appointment contact your child’s school or discuss with their primary care provider.
