Jeff Binder was born and raised in Vermillion County. After 8 years of Army service as a Chemical Weapons Sergeant, he chose to follow in the footsteps of his parents and older brother and become a Chiropractor. He finished his undergraduate degrees in Radiology, Chemistry, and Life Science before graduating from Logan Chiropractic College in 2013. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife. They enjoy hiking and traveling around the world. They often take trips across the US in their small plane. He is an avid motorcycle rider and has raced motocross, supermoto, and sport-bikes most of his life.

Dr Rico is a amazing endocrinologist. He is very caring and listens and is very thorough in his work. He has been treating my Addison disease, along with my pituitary tumor since 2012 and since then has monitored my sugar with my diabetes and my thyroid with it being off. I am doing very well and it is thanks to him. Thank you Dr Rico for caring and being such a amazing Dr. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I been to a lot of clinic that waiting takes about 1 hours to see Doctor, but valley clinic waiting time is 5 minutes, l really like valley clinic that I don't have to bring lunch with me 😕.
