Amy Joy FNP, was not only professional ,attentive ,and very thorough my entire visit. She showed real concern for my medical issue. I would 100% recommend her and her office .

Today was my first visit with this office. I was very please! I am thankful I decided to switch my children to this office. All of the staff from the receptionist, the nurse, to NP Joshua were amazing. Very friendly, informative, and patient. I did not feel rushed or looked over like I have with other places. So far I would recommend to friends and family.

I just moved to the area and I needed to get my medical care set up. I’m on Medicare so my options are limited. I had been told about the positive experience some family had with J Childress and the staff at the South office. Yesterday was my first appointment (took a little over a week to get my first appointment), I was well taken care of, my needs and concerns were taken care of while making me feel comfortable. I left in a great mood with confidence that I don’t have to worry about my medical care. I would suggest them to anyone!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My medical situation is not really common. I was quite pleased to learn that my doctor is experienced and knowledgeable of my health condition. I feel lucky to have Dr. Valera as my doctor.

I've been going to Valley for about 6 years and have had no bad experiences. The entire staff has always been professional and friendly as well. The thing I like the most is the coordination and communication of my healthcare between providers. They don't hesitate to do referrals or order a test if needed. I would recommend Valley to anyone!
