Nicole Cook has been a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2013 and a Registered Nurse since 2009. She completed her undergraduate degree at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and her master’s degree at Saint Louis University. In her free time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 daughters. She also loves traveling around with her family and watching her girls’ sporting events.
