Clinton, IN — Valley Professionals Community Health Center (VPCHC) is pleased to announce the acquisition of JR Pharmacy, a trusted community pharmacy that has served the Wabash Valley since 2001. Effective January 2, 2026, Valley Professionals officially assumed pharmacy operations, integrating JR Pharmacy into its comprehensive care network.
This acquisition marks an important step forward in Valley Professionals’ ongoing mission to deliver accessible, high-quality, and patient-centered healthcare. By incorporating pharmacy services directly into its organization, Valley Professionals will enhance care coordination, improve medication management, and help reduce barriers that patients often face in accessing essential prescriptions.

Founded in 2007, Valley Professionals currently serves medically underserved populations through ten clinic locations and school-based health services across Montgomery, Parke, Vermillion, and Vigo counties. The health center offers a wide range of services, including primary care, behavioral health, dental care, psychiatry, chiropractic services, and supportive resource programs such as chronic care management, insurance enrollment assistance, and transportation support. As a patient-centered medical home, Valley Professionals delivers coordinated care by bringing multiple healthcare services together under one system, caring for individuals and families throughout the region.
