What Patients Say About Us

Gwyn Morson is my primary. I have lots of medical problems and I can't say enough positive things about her. I believe I have been seeing her in the office for a few years now and she is the bomb. She asks lots of queastions which I always say is a sign of an excellent doctor or nurse. She has never taked down to me but she doesn't just tell you what you want to hear either. She is very bright and not afraid to say let me do a little research on whatever topic. She is clearly committed to doing everything she can to help her patients. I also feel like the other folks working in the office are really doing a great job considering the patient volume they serve. It's honestly never ran smoother there than it has in the last few months. They have fixed up the building some too. Even if you don't need their services, they have a bulletin board inside that has other community services and events you might want to check out. Whether you need counseling, a doctor, a dentist, or I think I even saw they do hair cuts one day a month for donations which is a pretty awesome service I would recommend Valley Professionals. I am giving you all 5 stars. The staff in the recent years has really stepped it up there. Thank you and God bless!

I was introduced to Valley Professionals while looking for a Primary Care Physician after moving to Crawfordsville a little over two years ago. Someone suggested Charlotte Whaling, NP as a terrific choice, and I have not regret it for one moment that I made the decision to choose her for that position. She is one of those rare people in her position who actually asks you questions to make sure that she is completely understanding what you are saying and not just telling you what she wants to say; she is truly concerned with the outcome of the visit and that all parties are happy with the result of the communication that took place both during and after the appointment should anything else occur. As for the rest of Valley Professionals, I have experience with more; I began with Charlotte, but soon expanded to utilizing Misha, Caleb, and finally Jess as I changed my doctors to this area... And as much as I hate the dentist, I am thinking about using their dental program as I keep being told their doctors are very good. I am also participating in a group dynamic that I thoroughly enjoy. And i'm very glad the people in the group welcomed me in even though I was a latecomer to the group... So thank you ladies if you're reading this. I have absolutely nothing disparaging or bad to say about Valley Professionals. It's all right there in the second half of their name "Professional," and they are, through and through... every last person in the building. I'm not sure if I'm called a patient, a client, or whatever, but I know I come first whenever I'm there and I feel welcomed from the moment I walk in the door (I'm even greeted by name when I walk in.) I have talked to many people who utilize valley professionals for different needs, and all of them are extremely happy with their particular provider(s). So if you are looking for any type of medical professional - they offer a lot: medical, psychiatric, counseling/therapy, case management, dental, and others - I highly recommend Valley Professionals here in Crawfordsville... I would be highly surprised if you regret it. I only think you'll be extremely happy with the decision to give them a try. I believe you'll just think "hmm, why didn't I think to try them before now." Well, that's what I think in a nutshell; I honestly think if you are in the market for any type of medical provider you should find out what you think for yourself. ** I had to come back to edit my post... I recently had a seizur at the end of an appointment with Jess (it was really nothing, basically more of an absent seizure, but apparently it scared her to death lol). From what I understood it happened as soon as I stood up to go to my next appointment. So as soon as she got me sat down, she ran and got someone else, and when I came to there was a doctor and a nurse practitioner in the room who were checking me over to make sure that I was okay. I assured them that seizures were nothing new to me and that I was fine. I really appreciate the care that was given me over something that I take as a given in my life but they take as something serious that needs to be looked after... It's a very comforting feeling. Thank you Valley Professionals staff for all you do.

It’s got good people if they’d get some doctors and answer their own phones and let the pharmacy fill our prescriptions instead of making us call the office every time. Refills are nice too

Most medical providers get such bad reviews because the world is crazy and things are harder now than before. I've been coming here for over 2 years, utilizing majority of the services. I have to say that things don't happen overnight people. Everyone here has always gone above and beyond to meet the needs that have come my way. I'm super thankful for them.
