I was introduced to Valley Professionals while looking for a Primary Care Physician after moving to Crawfordsville a little over two years ago. Someone suggested Charlotte Whaling, NP as a terrific choice, and I have not regret it for one moment that I made the decision to choose her for that position. She is one of those rare people in her position who actually asks you questions to make sure that she is completely understanding what you are saying and not just telling you what she wants to say; she is truly concerned with the outcome of the visit and that all parties are happy with the result of the communication that took place both during and after the appointment should anything else occur.
As for the rest of Valley Professionals, I have experience with more; I began with Charlotte, but soon expanded to utilizing Misha, Caleb, and finally Jess as I changed my doctors to this area... And as much as I hate the dentist, I am thinking about using their dental program as I keep being told their doctors are very good. I am also participating in a group dynamic that I thoroughly enjoy. And i'm very glad the people in the group welcomed me in even though I was a latecomer to the group... So thank you ladies if you're reading this.
I have absolutely nothing disparaging or bad to say about Valley Professionals. It's all right there in the second half of their name "Professional," and they are, through and through... every last person in the building. I'm not sure if I'm called a patient, a client, or whatever, but I know I come first whenever I'm there and I feel welcomed from the moment I walk in the door (I'm even greeted by name when I walk in.)
I have talked to many people who utilize valley professionals for different needs, and all of them are extremely happy with their particular provider(s).
So if you are looking for any type of medical professional - they offer a lot: medical, psychiatric, counseling/therapy, case management, dental, and others - I highly recommend Valley Professionals here in Crawfordsville... I would be highly surprised if you regret it. I only think you'll be extremely happy with the decision to give them a try. I believe you'll just think "hmm, why didn't I think to try them before now."
Well, that's what I think in a nutshell; I honestly think if you are in the
market for any type of medical provider you should find out what you think for yourself.
** I had to come back to edit my post...
I recently had a seizur at the end of an appointment with Jess (it was really nothing, basically more of an absent seizure, but apparently it scared her to death lol). From what I understood it happened as soon as I stood up to go to my next appointment. So as soon as she got me sat down, she ran and got someone else, and when I came to there was a doctor and a nurse practitioner in the room who were checking me over to make sure that I was okay. I assured them that seizures were nothing new to me and that I was fine. I really appreciate the care that was given me over something that I take as a given in my life but they take as something serious that needs to be looked after... It's a very comforting feeling. Thank you Valley Professionals staff for all you do.
