How to schedule your appointment online:
- Visit valleyprohealth.org
- Click “Make an Appointment”
- Select appointment type
- Enter birthday
- Choose your preferred location
- Select what you would like to be seen for
- Select your established provider
- Filter your preferred date and time
- Click on desired appointment
- Fill out patient information
- Click confirm
Note: Only established patients can schedule an appointment online. Please make sure to schedule with your Primary Care Provider.
