Together, as a community, we can all help prevent suicide. Every year organizations and individuals across the country come together to bring awareness to suicide prevention during the month of September, National Suicide Prevention Month.

Every Kid Healthy
Monday, April 24 marks the beginning of Every Kid Healthy Week this year. Like every year since 2002, one week is dedicated to encouraging healthy choices and habits in our school-age children. It’s a great week for teachers, mentors, and parents to emphasize physical exercise, and healthy food choices, and to start a conversation about mental health
Cold and Flu Season
While December brings many happy times, it also often marks the beginning of cold and flu season. This year proves particularly challenging for both patients and healthcare providers, as we attempt to “sort out” symptoms of COVID, FLU, COMMON COLD, RSV, and other winter season viruses.
